'Our fantastic menus and catering don't stop after winter here in the Alps! We continue our healthy, fresh seasonal food throughout the year!

We work closely with a local organic allotment to make sure all of our ingredients are fresh and in season. If we ever venture further to collect ingredients we make sure its within Europe and our produce never travels far!'
